Funding from 2011 helped complete the acquisition and installation of a world class Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit at the BC Children’s Hospital. The funds were also directed to the completion of a similarly world class medical simulation lab that will be used to improve the quality of care provided, and to train the next generation of care givers. One hundred percent (100%) of the funds raised by the Mining for Miracles Campaign go directly to identified areas of need at the hospital.
